i absolutely love making tarts, quiches and pies. there is nothing more fun than making a dough, rolling it out, blind baking, stuffing with favorite ingredients and then eating warm.... mmmm.

oh, and thomas and i have a similar discussion about mint and chocolate. apparently there is opposition to this combination in the world...

Oh my goodness...I think I could just eat the chocolate sauce with a spoon. I've never put honey or raspberry puree in a chocolate sauce, but it sounds amazing. Instead, I just ate a bowl of lowfat, low sugar, low taste, frozen yogurt...I'm jealous!
