That is one GORGEOUS plate Amy!
Is that a G.Savoy dish or an Amy dish? I like the new pop-up photos too-way easier to see.

Thanks! Actually, this is an "Amy" dish but one that I did while at cooking school. We do have lobster on the menu at G.Savoy and it is amazing, but I'm not quite sure what's it's served with
