Lovely post and so right for this steamy hot weather! I love Gazpacho. There's a surprising trick I learned in Spain that traditional Gazpacho has-a bit of stale bread soaked in vinegrette and added into the mix gives it a creamy texture and softens any sharpness.Thanks

yummy. i have been enjoying eating the lighter and cool dishes that are served in this weather. although today was much cooler, the restos are still a little warm. allez les bleus!
